What are the shipping fees?

- Standard Shipping: For orders under $25 AUD, a flat shipping fee of $5.95 AUD will apply.

- Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary free shipping on all orders over $25 AUD.

How can I return my order?

What is Parker Fashion's refund policy?

Once the return has been processed, we have 7 days to refund your money to the original payment method. There is no additional charge for restocking. Read more in our Return and Refund Policy.

What is Parker Fashion's shipping policy?

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (AEST) will be processed the same day. Order processing time is 1 - 2 business days (Monday - Friday). Delivery time is usually 4 - 7 business days (Monday - Friday). We currently only ship within Australia. Read more in our Shipping Policy.
